Stock exchange-quoted companies in the Netherlands are required to operate according to the corporate governance code. There are also a number of sector-specific governance codes in operation in the Netherlands. However, the structuring and distribution of authority, responsibilities and governance are of essential importance for any business.

Our attorneys at law have all the tools they need to draw up a tailor-made corporate structure, also for family businesses, where problems often arise in terms of business succession. Ensuring the acceptance and implementation of new structures is another field of practice for our attorneys.
