M.J.M.G. (Marga) van Gerwen

Marga focuses on advising and litigating in the field of public construction law, such as town and country planning, environmental law and enforcement. She also advises and litigates in the field of administrative tax law, in particular local government levies (administrative charges, user fees and municipal taxes). Marga also works in the Privacy practice group where she focuses on the administrative aspects of privacy legislation.
Marga works for project developers, agricultural companies, care institutions and private individuals. An important motivation for Marga is to achieve a good end result together with the client. Central to this are involvement and empathy for the client’s situation. Devising the right strategy in (administrative) proceedings is also characteristic of her.
