In his practice, Tim assists business owners, expats and top athletes, among others, in divorces and related issues, such as the division of assets, alimony and child support. He also advises clients on the drafting and amendment of prenuptial agreements and wills in the context of estate planning.
Where possible, he attempts to resolve disputes out of court. His skills, acquired as a mediator, then come in handy. The determination to make a difference for his clients is what drives Tim. He regards getting to the bottom of complex prenuptial agreements or other property law issues as a challenge that he is keen to take on. He aims to achieve a long-term solution to the dispute, so that his client can move forward. He advocates a direct and pragmatic approach in which he reaches a customised solution in close consultation with his client.

Tim offers his clients a full-service solution in an difficult and emotional period in their lives by providing them with sound legal advice, assistance and, when necessary, a listening ear, so that they can move forward quickly.
