Thomas is active in the field of common ownership law and inheritance law. He handles matters concerning the settlement of community property, prenuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements. Together with Marc Janssen, Thomas also heads the Supreme Court Litigation practice and the Research Department. The Supreme Court Litigation practice handles cases in the field of general law of obligations and contract law, property law, insolvency law, matrimonial property law and inheritance law.
Thomas assists many business owners (including many farmers) and wealthy individuals. He also regularly advises fellow lawyers, accountants and tax specialists, particularly on the settlement of community property and prenuptial agreements.
He loves legally complex issues and aims to get to the bottom of them as quickly and efficiently as possible, in order to ultimately reach the best possible solution for his clients. Thomas has excellent analytical and strategic skills and extensive litigation experience.
