Karen Knook graduated from the University of Tilburg with a cum laude master’s degree in law, focusing on Employment Law and Corporate Law.
During her studies, Karen was introduced to the legal profession. She completed a series of internships specialising in corporate law, employment law and financial law. Karen was also employed as a student assistant at the university, and was active within the law faculty association.
Karen was first employed as a legal assistant at BANNING. Since 2016, she has been a member of the Employment Law practice group as an attorney. Karen specialises in employment law, in all its facets. She is also involved in issues at the interface between corporate law and employment law, for example the position of the director under the articles of association.
