Patricia van Eck studied at the University of Groningen, where she completed the Master’s Degree Dutch Law, specialized in Civil Law and Employment Law, in September 2016. She wrote her graduation thesis on the first consequences of the Wet Werk en Zekerheid on the duration and fairness of the dismissal procedure. During her studies Patricia was also active at the Legal Faculty Association for Corporate Law, the Legal Advice Centre and ran several student internships in the field of Employment Law.
Since February 2017, Patricia works as a legal assistant at BANNING. She is part of the Employment Law practice group.
