Rimke van de Laarschot graduated with distinction in Dutch Law at Tilburg University in 2014. During her studies, Rimke developed a considerable interest in employment law. She has completed a series of internships in employment law and wrote her master thesis about the employer’s interests in dismissal proceedings, comparing former and present Dutch law. Also during her studies, Rimke was active in the law faculty association, Rechtswinkel and was part of the student representation council of Tilburg Law School.
Rimke works as a paralagal at BANNING since August 2018, where she is part of the employment law practice group.
