Dennis Beekhuijzen graduated in 2002 at the Erasmus University Rotterdam and has always been involved with real estate. In 2009 he made a switch from in-house legal counsel at Heijmans Bouw to lawyer and has been working as a lawyer since 2018 at the Real Estate, Construction and Government group and the Competition & Public procurement practice group at BANNING. Due to his experience in advising and litigation in construction law he has knowledge of the entire process of design, procurement, contracting, building, maintenance and rental. Dennis is a specialist in the purchase and sale of real estate, construction law, landlord and tenant law and procurement law.
He is a member of the Construction Law Association, the Construction Lawyers Association, the Association of Rental Law Lawyers and a member of the Dutch Association for Procurement Law. Dennis has completed the Grotius Specialization Programme European & Dutch Procurement Law in 2014.
