L.K. (Luuk) Osinski
Luuk is involved in employment law in the widest sense. He advises and litigates in – inter alia – individual dismissal cases and reorganizations, flexible employment law and matters of participation rights. Furthermore Luuk is focused on international employment law.
Luuk represents both companies and employees. He acts as a sparring partner for members of the board of management and HR managers on a frequent basis.
