L. (Loes) Stam
As an ambassador for children of divorcing parents, Loes tries to make parents aware of the consequences of this break-up. In addition, Loes has a very broad and varied practice in family law. In addition to divorce cases, she also handles all other facets of family law.
In her practice, Loes assists a colourful range of people. Her background as a nurse ensures personal contact with her clients and practical solutions in her cases. Clients can turn to Loes for advice on the consequences of divorce or separation, maintenance, access, custody and guardianship. Loes also acts as a special guardian, forensic mediator, parenting coordinator, family lawyer and cross-border mediator. Internationally, Loes has extensive experience in child abduction cases and international divorce and parental access cases. Finally, Loes assists psychiatric patients within the framework of the Wvggz and WZD.
