BREAKING NEWS – Distribution Law Center launches its countdown newsletters – Let’s get ready for 1 June 2022!

The European competition rules relating to distribution, agency and supply agreements are about to change. The rules are incorporated in the Vertical Block Exemption Regime, which is often referred to as the VBER, and the accompanying Vertical Guidelines of the European Commission. The VBER will expire on 31 May 2022.

It is a must for legal practitioners to be aware of what is likely to come. The European Commission has issued its first proposals and the debate is in full swing.

As of 7 December 2022 the Distribution Law Center releases countdown newsletters. They provide practical and hands-on guidance on the changes to be expected. Various relevant topics will be addressed, including agency, non-compete restrictions, dual distribution, vertical price fixing (RPM), online distribution, platforms, exclusive and selective distribution and so much more.
