Henk specialises in corporate law with a particular focus on complex negotiations, disputes, litigation, arbitration and corporate litigation. He assists clients in shareholder disputes, disputes in professional service firms and disputes within companies. In practice, Henk primarily acts on behalf of entrepreneurs, directors and investors.
