Ellen joined Banning in May 1987 (then named: Banning & Erkens) as a rent collection assistant and over the years she has had various functions and tasks including facility and financial administrative tasks. As from January 2020 Ellen is engaged in coordination, practical preparation and administrative processing of HR developments and also coordinates all possible facility activities.
Before joining Banning she worked at the office of Holla, Knitel & Mol for more than nine years.
