HR manager
Kim will be HR manager at Banning from October 20, 2021. In this role she is responsible for HR policy. Her aim is a working environment in which people are empowered. It inspires Kim to work together on intrinsically motivated and healthy employees.
Kim is a passionate HR professional and career coach with over 15 years of experience. She previously worked in the high tech sector, food, welfare and tourism. With her broad experience in advising managers on HR issues, combined with an eye for the people behind it, she adds value to every layer in the organization.
