Minos specialises in contract law and competition law. Minos provides companies with strategic and legal advice on commercial contracts, in particular with regard to distribution, agency, franchise and cooperation agreements, and regularly represents clients in civil court proceedings. Minos also advises on compliance programs, cartel agreements, abuse of dominant positions, and assists companies with notifications of mergers and acquisitions.
Minos mainly represents medium-sized to large companies and trade associations, operating in a wide range of sectors, such as automotive, retail, consumer electronics, construction, fashion and (organic) food.
