Marcus leads the employment law practice within Banning. In addition, he has led the office through an intensive change process as director. His extensive experience as a lawyer, director and entrepreneur ensures a fast empathy, decisive and solution-oriented approach.
Marcus’ long-terms relationships range from small companies to multinationals and are active in a wide range of industries, from retail to healthcare. Since he started working as a lawyer in 1995, he has thoroughly mastered employment law in a broad sense. His customers feel understood by him.
