Martijn is an experienced litigator handling cartel, procurement and state aid cases. Martijn is particularly interested in issues at the interface of market and state, including public private partnerships. His clients include governments and lower authorities, public-law institutions and companies.
Martijn frequently advises and litigates on public and private tenders, both on behalf of contracting authorities and tendering parties. Recently he has been involved in tenders in the following sectors: security, construction, defence, energy, IT, medical devices, cleaning and transport.
