Léon is involved in legal proceedings and arbitration, contract law, advice as well as mergers and acquisitions. He focuses on civil and corporate disputes, shareholder disputes, banking disputes and debt collection.
Léon mainly assists entrepreneurs, real estate organisations, informal investors and organisations in the food, automotive, IT and metal sectors. Helping clients by resolving their disputes and legal issues and giving them the best possible advice is what challenges him: “The most important thing is to handle a clients case as if it were your own.”
Léon is driven and to the point. The client knows where he stands as quickly as possible and receives honest, transparent advice; a pragmatic approach where the interests of the client comes first.
