Lieke is an expert in corporate law. Her experience includes roles Corporate/M&A lawyer at (a.o.) Van Doorne for more than nine years and as inhouse legal counsel for various companies in the pharmaceutical and bio-tech/life-sciences industries for almost five years. She advises businesses on a wide range of corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, private equity, joint ventures and other types of cooperation.
Lieke has specific affinity with healthcare providers and (start-up and scale-up) companies and investors in the pharmaceutical and bio-tech/life-sciences industries.
