Nelleke spent years specialising as both lawyer and mediator in family law. Her practice encompasses divorce-related cases for cohabitants, for private individuals and entrepreneurs, ranging from (marriage-related) property law, alimony and children’s affairs.
Nelleke offers a realistic perspective (no quick fixes or false promises) and does not shy away from offering multi-disciplinary tailored solutions by cooperating with professionals across different fields. She has participated, as representative of the Legal Council community, to professional consultation meetings with the District Court and the Court of Appeals in Amsterdam, to better align needs and procedures of those seeking justice.
