Peter specialises in Corporate Law, with a focus on M&A and Corporate Litigation. He assists clients in various areas. In particular by guiding and advising them on their participation and acquisition process, but also by assisting them in case of (shareholder) disputes within the company. Peter mainly acts on behalf of investment funds, entrepreneurs and director-major shareholders. His clients are active within various sectors, including the ICT sector.
